Eventration of Diaphragm

A case of eventration of left dome of diaphragm in a one year old child presenting with repeated episodes of respiratory tract infections. The case was approached through a left subcoastal incision, all the contents were reduced and the left dome of diaphragm was reconstructed by taking multiple plicating sutures.
