Large bladder hematoma

A large organized hematoma in the urinary bladder of a 3 years old male child with bilateral nephrocalcinosis and history of frank hematuria. The hematoma was so large and organized that it was not amenable to cystoscopic removal, as a result open evacuation of the bladder hematoma had to be done.
