A two months old male child presented with reddish mass at the umbilicus with watery discharge since the time of falling of the umbilical stump. In USG, the diagnosis of patent urachus was confirmed. Subumbilical minilaparotomy was done where the umbilical granuloma was found to be in continuity with the patent urachus as well as Meckel's band. Both structures were ligated and divided and granuloma excised.
