Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty.

Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty done in a 4 months old child with High Anorectal Malformation (loop sigmoid colostomy was done in the neonatal period). Rectal pouch was in connection with the prostatic urethra.
