Five years old boy with penoscrotal hypospadias with severe chordee was treated with Bracka two stage urethroplasty. In the first stage, inner preputial free graft was placed after correction of chordee. The graft uptake was complete without any contractures. In the second stage the graft was tubularized with additional coverage with dartos.
