A case of exomphalos major in a neonate. Exomphalos is usually managed conservatively initially if the covering membrane is intact, which epithelializes in a few weeks. Definitive surgery is done at a later date when the abdominal cavity has enlarged enough to accomodate all the contents and be closed.
