Volvulus Around the Meckel's Band.

A six years old child presented with recurrent pain abdomen since 2 months with recent acute exacerbation of the pain and bilious vomiting. On exploratory laparotomy volvulus around Meckel's band was found. The band was divided and derotation of the involved bowel loops was done.
